Spring Runway Hair Report

Fashion Week is all about trendsetting - well, as long as you can get an A-lister's endorsement in the front row at your show. And while the fashion conscious scour the runways for the latest wardrobe looks, we can all too quickly forget that it's also about the hair.

NyMag has an interesting article on Fashion Week do's, and these hair fads prove once again that anything goes. Also, it seems someone has been spending too much time watching reruns on Super Channel.

The Forrest Gump - Nanette Lepore's Mother Earth-inspired look is rounded out by a Robin Wright-Penn 'do. Flower Power apparently never goes out of style.

Your Future Is Written - Looks like the Kris Kristofferson/Cheryl Ladd classic Millennium had it right with this futuristic coif. Isaac Mizrahi's corset would be a little more convincing in a metallic alloy, though.

Cover Up - Fraulein Maria never had to worry about a bad hair day, so neither should you. A Marc Jacobs scarf in the season's hot colors hides all sins.

Crouching Tigress - Hey Naeem Khan? Michelle Yeoh called; she'd like her extensions back. I'm actually a little afraid of this model, even though I'm pretty sure I weigh double what she does.

Which of these trends do you like the best and will they impact how you wear your hair this spring?
