Spring Trend: Braided and Woven Belts

Looking for an accessory to pull your whole outfit together? Try one of these weaved and braided belts. Wear a wider woven belt at your natural waist over a dress or with high-waisted trousers (like at Andrew Gn), or a more slender braided style low on the hip with slouchy pants (as seen at Hermès and Ralph Lauren). If the belt is long, tie and tuck it so it hangs down or loop and tuck it at the back.

I remember when braided belts were soooo popular in the early 1990s. Instead of tucking the tail back into the next successive belt loop on your pants you tucked it under the belt itself and let it hang gown your leg. The longer the tail the cooler you were!! ;-)

I was in H&M;yesterday and I saw a few woven belts like these.
My favourite here is the first ASOS one - I like how chunky it is!
