Staff Pick: Cargo Dare To Play Eye Kit
I’ve been stuck in a make-up rut for quite a while now – matte brown smoky eyes, eyeliner, false eyelashes and I run out of the door. Playing around with different colors is probably the least of my concerns when I have less than an hour to make myself presentable for work. Along came Cargo Dare To Play Eye Kit to kick my winter blues and my boring make up routine away.
A fun looking using Popsicle Purple and Electric Violet.
A more neutral looking using Iced Mauve, Sparkling Green Tea and Champagne.
Cargo Dare To Play Eye Kit won’t hit stores till April 2010. Canadian Gals can find this at Murale and selected Independent Beauty Boutiques. This palette will also be available at Sephora inside JC Penney for ladies in the U.S.
Will you try these fun colors? I dare you.

Cargo Dare To Play Eye Kit ($45 USD/CAD) includes three cream shadow bases, five outer corner colors and five ‘pops’ of color, all in a pretty pink palette, perfect for spring.
This palette is perfect for my nearly functioning brain in the morning. You select a base, a vibrant shade to go on the outer corner and a lighter one on the inner corner. How easy is that? The colors also go nicely together and the combinations are pretty much endless.
The eyeshadows are super pigmented and goes on smoothly, while the bases make sure my shadow stays put all day.
Although the colors in the palette are pretty vibrant, I was also able to create looks that are more neutral and office appropriate – a bonus.
Top (from left): Eyeshadow Base in Sheer Nude, Shimmering Shell and Soft Beige.
Bottom (from left): Eyeshadow pairs Popsicle Purple and Electric Violet, Iced Mauve and Iced Lilac, Teal and Palest Seafoam Green, Electric Blue and Light Sky Blue, Sparkling Green Tea and Champagne.
