We've been hearing for years that yogurt is good for us, but what specifically are the health benefits?

According to WebMD, yogurt can help reduce your risk for osteoporosis, high blood pressure, lactose intolerance, colon cancer and other gut issues. It has also been known to discourage vaginal problems like (shudder) yeast infections and can help you feel fuller, which is a great way to lose weight.
