If you haven't put your makeup on yet, hold off until after watching this video of quite possibly the cutest wedding proposal ever. Wanting to make his proposal to girlfriend Ginny sweet and special, Matt made a movie trailer of him asking her dad for his blessing and surprised her when she went to the movie theatre with her brother.
