The Oscar's were as fabulous and as star studded as always. Like every year we couldn't help but pick up on some of the outrageous fashion and beauty moments that took place on the red carpet and during the show.

1. Can we talk about how luscious Jared Leto's locks were? 


I want his hair, it's perfectly waved and coloured, I'd take a page out of his hair tip book. Apparently it took two days to perfect his hairstyle for the night, after being pre-prepped with Vidal Sassoon Pro Series Waves Primer Spray and Vidal Sassoon Pro Series Waves Pomade on his wet hair. 

The next day his stylist complemented his natural wave with Vidal Sassoon Pro Series Heat Protect & Shine Spray and then straightened for the perfect look. So yeah, you now know how to get his perfect man ombre (i.e. manbre) waves.
 
2. Jennifer Lawrence wore her necklace backwards and we must all copy her
 

Only the genius that is J.Law could look flawless with a backwards necklace and an embarrassing trip over an orange pylon. 

3. Lupita Nyong'o is a headband wearing kinda gal


She not only looked (obviously) flawless in her blue gown, but she also decided to rock a simple headband. Some people say it's unnecessary, I think it just verified the fact that she's a Queen and simply perfect. 

4. Sienna Miller wore some sort of designer arm brace thing? 


Sienna wore Alexander McQueen and metal arm bands to the Vanity Fair After Party. It looks like she was trying to do a Grecian-Princess but it didn't really work. Does anyone wish she only wore one bangle instead of multiple arm cuffs? 

5. Karlie Kloss showed some major bum cleave at Vanity Fair After Party


Chick looked amazing, I don't know if I could ever rock a booty cut-out, but I'm sure she took some nice #belfies that night.

6. Lady Gaga and Donatella Versace are twins right? 


No? They definitely fooled me at the Vanity Fair After Party. Okay maybe not twins, but they have to be related. Still no? 

7. Margot Robbie turned into a sexy brunette and I had no idea who she was


I literally had no idea she even attended the Oscars. The Wolf of Wall Street actress looked amazing with her new colour, so you go girl!

8. Pharrell Williams wore shorts to the Oscars because he's Pharrell 


Also, who could forget the Canadian Mountie hat that had to come out again for his Oscar performance. Both Pharrell's hat and shorts now have twitter accounts, that have way more followers than any shorts or hats should have.

9. Silk was the wrong choice for Kerry Washington 


We adore Kerry Washington and this dress is wonderfully cut to show off the belly. The lavender is perfect on her too, so maybe we're being picky, but wasn't there an official Oscar steamer? Silk was the wrong choice for all that sitting down all night with a major belly. 

10. Ellen makes an awesome Glinda


Not only did Ellen do an amazing job of hosting the Oscars, but she also won best dressed in my mind for her couture dress while impersonating the Good Witch Glinda from The Wizard of Oz. Ugh, I just really love Ellen, can we be best friends already?
