Trending in Fashion: Would you Wear the Palm Bracelet?

I came across this bracelet style a few days ago at TopShop and was so perplexed. I just had to share it with you and ask your opinion. I'm calling this bracelet the palm bracelet', though I am not sure you could even classify it as a bracelet.

It comes halfway down your palm, fitting snugly across, above the thumb and below your fingers. It's almost like you went to put on a bracelet but it didn't actually fit and it only went up halfway so you left it where it was and thought, 'well, that's kind of cool'.

And, actually, I must admit, I do find it kind of cool. Nicole Scherzinger is also a fan of the palm bracelet, so I like to think I am in fashionable company! I did actually try it on at the TopShop but it just didn't look right on me for some reason. Maybe I just can't pull it off, it just looked bizarre on my hand. I really wanted to like it, I love anything weird and new, but I couldn't bring myself to buy it!

What do you think of this bizarre bracelet trend? Is this something you'd wear?

Idk how I feel about these, I mean why not just stick to wearing bracelets? These are basically just wearing a bracelet on your hand.. Looks way better on the wrist, these look kinda awkward tbh..

Maybe if I wanted not to use my hands like a functioning human being I would :P

I think some of the more "traditional" costume pieces are pretty, but everyday wear- no thanks. It reminds me of a kid playing around with their bracelet or hair tie before pushing it back down to the wrist in order to get on with their lives lol

Not practical in the least. I think it looks as bad as those rings that go all the way across to make it look like you're wearing some kind of brass knuckles.

I think this is really cool and yes maybe not practical but it looks like a pretty sweet accessory to wear to like a formal party not everyday. I would so wear it.
