Try This Trend Thursday: Put a Beanie on It
I've never been a hat person. I think they make my face look wide and potato-like. But the other day, I saw a chick on the subway with the most adorable beanie and I was like, 'CAN I HAVE THAT?'. She looked super chic and fashion forward but with the beanie on she kept it casual too. They're the final, edgy touch to an outfit that marries formal attire to street style. Even fellow Chick Staffer Miranda looks super adorable in a beanie! Well, guess what? This fall and winter, I am saying 'YES' to beanies and toques.
Here are a few snaps of ladies totally pulling off the beanie. They are my fashion hatspiration:

Beanies look awesome on everyone who isn't me lol.
honestly !! I'm not lover of beanies ..i think they look terrible on me .sure looks good on other people and i admire them when i see people wearing them .
I'm buying into this trend. H&M has some really cute choices.
I'm not a beanie type, not even hats for me
@wendyroy - just don't remove the beanie ;) In all seriousness, try a little hairspray, and failing that bring along a dryer sheet. Sounds crazy, but it takes the static and flyaways right out of the equation.
Some of them are cute, but most make people look like hobos.
