There is an interesting article on WebMD, which suggests that eating foods that go well with cigarettes like coffee or alcohol may actually boost the tobacco taste, making it harder to quit. Swapping your morning latte for a bowl of yogurt and berries might be just the trick. Fruits, vegetables, and dairy foods make cigarettes taste terrible, and therefore may help make smoking less appealing.
