We Love Fridays: Del Toro Shoes

I first caught on to the 'slipper as outerwear' trend when I spotted them on one of the lovely ladies featured in our street style during the summer. Since then, I've been eyeing them around town and craving a pair for myself.

I love how comfy and laid back these look, while still remaining chic and professional. Sure, they aren't the sex bomb type shoe we've seen before but once in a while, even the most stylish need a break from their heels right?

These slipper shoes come in a ton of different colours and patterns and I want every single one! Plus- if you don't find the exact style you're looking for, you can actually customize your own (fashion excitement overload!). I love the statement a stand out shoe makes! I think these would look great with a basic chino or trouser, a blazer or trench and on that note, maybe I'd rock my Cambridge Satchel as well? These are on the pricier side at US$325.00 so for now, I'll just salivate over my keyboard while browsing online. Le sigh.

These are a bit on the quirky side, but what do you think, would you rock them?

My daughter would love these shoes, especially the skull ones. She loves skulls. I think I may just have to look into getting a pair of these for her upcoming birthday. So Jackie, if your reading this...surprise!

I think that depending on the colour/print they come off a bit Grandma-ish. Some of them though, I do like, for example the zebra/leopard prints. Veryyy cute. :)

Hmmm, cant say I really like any of these...simply for the shape of them! If they were a little more of a rounder toe, id totally rock the zebra or leopard ones!
