We Love Fridays: Super Cute BabyGap + Paddington Bear Collection Will Make Your Ovaries Hurt
Paddington Bear, the adorable and polite children’s literature character is collaborating with babyGap for Spring 2014. Together, they’ll be bringing a collection that takes ideas from the classic wardrobe of Paddington and creates playful designs. From Paddington’s iconic blue duffel coat, yellow wellington boots and polka-dot ponchos, to quirky bear inspired hats. The loveable collection ranges in price from C$19.95 for jeans to C$54.00 for a parka and comes in sizes newborn to 24 months. The limited edition collection is coming to select Gap stores on January 23, 2014.
This collection definitely brings out some childhood memories for me of watching Mister Paddington and his adventures. Can I please have a child right now so I can dress them up in this? This collection has single handedly started my biological clock ticking.
Check out some of the too cute for words collection below:
1. Colorblock Toggle Sweater (C$44.95)
2. Paddington Bear for babyGap Knit Hat (C$19.95) and Graphic Footed One Piece (C$34.95)

What do you think of the collection? Does it bring back any childhood memories? Does seeing pieces like this make you want a child as much as it does me?

My aunt just had a baby girl and shopping for her is so much fun. There are so many cute baby outfits out there. Those sweaters are too adorable for words.

Aww so cute | |
I LOVE PADDINGTON BEAR and these pieces are soo cute, however I am hard pressed to support Gap due to their pretty egregious human rights abuses (anyone remember the sweatshop findings in Asia back like ten years ago?). But aww, so cute; I'm loving the onesie
I remember the Paddington books
Awww, when we were living in Germany I bought my then-toddler daughter a Paddington bear shirt. It was from the boys collection (was a khaki green) but too cute to resist! We have already closed shop on the baby front, but every now and then I really do get the urge again. |
