We Love Fridays: The Best, Most Ridiculous, Crazy Products From the Internet
When I have a few minutes to kill and I'm online, one of my favourite things to do is to look up ridiculous, crazy, kooky and wacky products from around the world on the Internet. You know how people say that you can buy anything off the net? It's scarily true.
I thought it would be fun to put together a collection of some of the incredibly cool, but most likely totally useless, products available online. So, here it is; and I'll just warn you right now: make sure your credit card is far away from you while you read this. There is the strong possibility that you will end up spending upwards of $20,000 on a life size dinosaur statue. Just sayin'.
1. So eerily realistic but all I want to do is snuggle with this Big Sleeping Grizzly Bear Bean Bag (US$178.00).
2. I think the question here is, why wouldn't you want an Air Swimmer Flying R/C Fish (US$39.99)?
3. The perfect solution to the first world problem of wanting to read in the dark but not being able to hold both the book and the flashlight comfortably. Focalprice Hands-free Flexible LED Light (C$7.17).
4. The ultimate chillaxing item: Inflatable iMusic Chair (US$39.99).
5. I briefly mentioned a life size statue of a dinosaur. I wasn't making that up. It exists and it's incredible (E$24,771.00).
6. Shut up and take my money. World's Largest Scrabble Game (US$12,000).
1. Flossing has never been this epic. Fred Flare Cupcake Floss (US$9.50).
2. I love gummy bears. I have a feeling (as sad as this confession is) that this Giant Gummi Bear(UK$29.99) would not last very long in my hands.
3. Voodoo Doughnut Bacon Maple Brown Ale (US$12.95). So, that exists.
4. What would happen if the PB+J met vodka and they had a baby? Well, that baby would be Van Gogh PBJ Flavoured Vodka.
5. Whoa! My inner foodie nerd just flipped out over this Stem Tap the Flavour Juice Sprayer (US$4.99).
1. Love the feeling of walking barefoot in grass? Me too! Which is why I'm saving for a pair of Kusa Grass Flip Flops (AUS$30.00).
2. Is that a rash? A tattoo? Both? Nope! It's just these Penti by Kenan Dogulu stockings that feature a tiny man walking up your leg.
3. Ok, so this is The Napsack (US$130.00). It's like a combination sleeping bag/snuggie/winter coat. I'm sold!
4. I am one of those picky, temperamental sleepers who needs that perfect temperature to sleep. Which is why this Zippered Vents Sleeping Bag (US$119.95) needs to be in my life.
5. If there is one word to describe the Fred Flare Shark Fin Shower Cap (US$10.00), it's sexy.
1. Because fish enjoy good scenery just as much as humans do: Fishscape Fishbowl (US$139.00).
2. I would totally buy this Marine Captain Mini Hat for Cats (US$42.00), but I totally have like, three already at home.
3. What can you possibly say about this? It's a Little Mermaid Costume for rats. It costs US$14.00. There's a joke in there somewhere.
So, there it is, what do you think? Which one of these products would you gladly open up your wallet for?
