We Love Fridays 'Viral Video' Edition: Prancercise
Every once in a while, something comes along that attacks the internet. Like a virus that lays eggs in your computers and makes it's way into your homes, whether you like it or not. Like Rebecca Black's atrocious hit, Friday (that we all couldn't shake from our heads) or the act known as planking (admit it, you've tried it); It's what has become known as 'going viral'.
Today, I wanted to celebrate one of the most recent viral videos to worm it's way into my life. It's the newest, hottest and coolest exercise craze: Prancercise.
If you haven't already enjoyed the Prancercise movement, then oh boy, are you in for a treat. I'll let the video speak for itself:
Now, before you ask, yes this is a real thing.
Joanna Rohrback, the woman you see in the video, is the woman behind Prancercise. According to Prancercise's website, "Prancercise is defined as: A springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse’s gait and ideally induced by elation."
She's written an entire book on the benefits of Prancercising.
So, chicks, I guess the question is, would you Prancercise?
