Wedding Wednesday: Rustic and Romantic Flowers for Pinspiration

Flowers are a huge part of a wedding. A wedding without flowers would just not be complete. They add a sense of fun, whimsy and romance to your big day. Not to mention, they give life and colour to the venue. Flowers also help with the wedding's theme. As we've previously mentioned, the rustic wedding is trending and a country-esque bouquet or arrangement can bring it all together.

Here are a few breath taking ideas for rustic flowers that evoke simple elegance:

Tip: For centrepieces, play around with your vases. Use natural fibres or materials, mason jars or antique silverware.

Tip: Try using a few standout colours in a bouquet of all pastels.

Tip: Play with textures and add longer stems or twigs for height.

Tip: Don't forget the groom! Incorporate elements of the bride's bouquet to tie it all in.

I'm loving the 3rd set of bouquets. I will have to share this with my sister, she's getting married soon.

These are great, I really like the one with the twigs in it. Something different but very fitting.

There are some amazing boutonnieres out there! So beautiful, and so creative. I really love the whole "rustic" approach when it comes to weddings. It's just so simple, but just soooo pretty..
