Trek through Canada's largest Chinatown with Edible BC, for a chef-guided tour through the rich culture, textures and history of the area.  These culinary mavens reveal the secrets of dried seafood stalls, the benefits of ginseng, and where to find the best Peking duck.

End the tour off right by indulging in some dim sum.  Enjoy the exotic scents wafting from the steaming bamboo trays brought to your table.  Sample a fresh coconut bun from a Chinatown staple:  New Town Bakery.
