What do you wash your face with? What moisturizer do you use?

I'm not very loyal when it comes to skincare products. I am constantly trying out new things. I've been really getting into the whole oil movement. At the moment, I'm using Shiseido Ultimate Cleansing Oil. It totally removes all of my make up without over-drying my skin.

For a moisturizer, I am currently using Clarins Lotus Face Oil followed by Cerave Moisturizing Cream.  I find using an oil first helps my skin to absorb my moisturizer.

Describe your average morning makeup routine, from the first thing you put on, to the last.

I usually just wash my face at night and in the morning, I freshen up with a toner or a spritz of water. After moisturizing, I use a primer. Among my favourite brands is Smashbox, though lately, I've been using a BB cream instead to combat my dry skin and for a dewy finish.

I'm constantly switching up foundations. At the moment, I am using Urban Decay Naked Skin. I would like to say I always use a brush to apply my make up and that my make up brush is totally clean all the time, but in reality I usually end up using nature's brushes (i.e. my hands).

To help define and reflect light, I apply Benefit Watt's Up Highlighter on the bridge of my nose, my chin, forehead, above my cheekbones and bring it into the corners of my eyes and underneath and above my brow bone. For the most part I am pretty loyal to my blushes. I use either Tarte 24 hr Amazonian Blush or Too Faced blushes.

I am currently using two different concealers that I alternate or use together depending on the coverage I want. For lighter coverage and a subtle finish, I use Clarins Instant Concealer. This is especially excellent underneath my eyes. For any bumps on my face, I usually reach for Revlon Photo Ready Concealer or Hard Candy Glamoflauge.

Next I contour underneath my cheekbones, my jawline and my nose with a bronzer.  I often opt for Too Faced Bronzer, though Rimmel is another favourite. When I am finished, I lightly dust my face with a setting powder such as Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder. Filling in my brows is a small step that makes a world of difference. I just graduated from an eyebrow pencil to Anatasia Genius Brow Kit and it. is. incredible. Finally, I sweep a layer of CoverGirl Clump Crusher mascara on my lashes and I am done my basic, everyday face!

If you need to get foxy in seconds, what is the one product you reach for?

Definitely a lipstick. A quick swipe of a bold red on a face with no make up gives an off -duty model look. I tend to reach for Make Up For Ever Aqua Rouge or Sephora Collection Creme Lip Stain, both in a bright, attention grabbing red.

I dunno about all these new mascaras on the market... it's like there's a new one every month. What's wrong with good old lash blast? That's my old faithful... never had a problem with it. I did love the face oils and BB cream is okay.

Had a very bad experience with Garnier BB Cream after buying the product that made my face break out terribly in itchy pimples. I had not had a normal acne breakout that bad in such a long time, at least 4 or so years. Garnier did pay me back for buying the product which I thought was great customer service. I am also currently just finishing up with my tube of Covergirl Clump Crusher mascara, although not sure I would buy it again because it is decent but not wonderful.
