Yay or Nay: Emma Stone's Crazy Neckline'd Dress
Emma Stone, you gorgeous girl you. You have the personality of a sparkling diamond and the hair of a supermodel. If you can't tell already, Emma Stone is kind of my latest girl crush.
I think she needs to be my BFF. But enough about my strange obsession with Emma Stone. Let's move onto the the good stuff: this week's Yay or Nay!
On the press tour for her new movie The Amazing Spiderman, Emma made a stop in Tokyo where she donned a tangerine number with a crazy neckline.
At first I was a bit taken aback by the dress. It's definitely different and quite striking. After the shock wore off a bit, I decided that I was pretty into this dress.
I'm digging this asymmetrical, pleated neck/bustier and the collar adds a little something extra. The colour is gorgeous as is this vintage inspired cut.
Now, the shoes are a point of contention in our office. Mandy does not approve of the houndstooth pumps but I actually adore them. I like that they kind of clash with the dress. It makes everything more interesting. Plus, I can't resist a houndstooth!

I like Emma..but nay on the dress!
The dress is nice, but there is something wrong about this actress wearing it. Perhaps, her problem is the hair color. They do not match the.

Yay! I love it and it seems like a perfect choice for a trip to Tokyo, the women are always so polished there! :)

Yay! Bold colour, classic style and houndstooth pumps- LOVE
Yay. It's different. | |
Nay! First off, I love the shoes. As for the dress, I don't mind the neckline thing, but there's just something about the whole dress that is off for me. Maybe it would be better without the long sleeves? |
