Yay or Nay? Gwyneth Paltrow's Stella McCartney Red Carpet Style

To be honest, I have mixed feelings about Gwyneth Paltrow to begin with so I'm going to try and remain neutral and impartial for this yay or nay and present the the evidence as unbiased as possible.

Here's the facts: this dress is different (to say the least) and unusual but I always appreciate the avant garde. However, I almost feel like this dress crosses the line into silliness- why the one sleeve, why the trim and the busy print?

I do like the blue on Gwyenth- definitely her colour and the length is fabulous on her long legs! But what's with the wacky hemline? I'm not crazy about the cross over neckline either- I think an open neckline on Gwen would be much more flattering.

All in all, I always like to give kudos to any brave lady who dares to go all out with fashion. What do you think, is this a fabulous fashion risk or should her stylist be fired? Is this a yay or nay? Leave us a comment by December 4th to win a prize!

I really really really dislike this dress, almost instantly.

I really think that if the dress were the same on either side- like if it was a tight neckline, long sleeve and short hemline OR if it were a low cut neckline, sleeveless and long hemline it would be fabulous but half and half is just weird right?

Nay! I really don't like that dress on her.. makes her look a little childish when I think she should look sophisticated! I do like the coach clutch tho! haha

I say nay because of the hemline. It just doesn't look right. I think a straight hemline would be much better. If that was the case, I'd make it a yay. It's a busy dress but she can pull it off!

Hideous. With a body like hers there are SO many other things she can pull off that make her look gorgeous and stunning. THIS dress does NOT do that for her AT ALL.

If the dress were black or red and the hemline were equal all the way around, it would be WAY better. Even with the one sleeve it would be okay if it were one colour. But the pattern is really gross.

I like this dress on her, but I'd probably never wear it myself. Ah, to have mile long legs...

Going to say NAY. The pattern is just way too busy for such an eccentric pattern. Would look much better in a solid colour.

Nay! Never understood the one sleeve concept, what if you get cold/hot on one arm, what are you gonna do?
