False lashes give drama, add volume, length and open up your eyes to give you a gorgeous and sultry stare. Now- check out these falsies from Paperself, talk about drama!

These fake lashes, like the name suggests are made from paper and inspired by the art of Chinese paper cutting. Looking at the lashes on their own, you can clearly see how intricate these gorgeous designs are! The details in such a small form are incredible.

Even in editorial, avant garde style photo shoots, these lashes are beautiful works of art that stand out. Now here's the question- would you ever wear these?

They are completely impractical, not too mention on the pricier side at US$19.00. Besides- when would you ever havee an occasion where these were appropriate? Even for a night out, aren't these a bit over the top? Are they best left for the runway? Leave us a comment and let us know your thoughts!

I would say Halloween maybe and on the runway but other than that leave them in the store. They are very pretty though when you look at them up close.

I guess if you lived in the middle of the city and lived a very interesting lifestyle where you were constantly interacting with designers and high-fashion people, or you were Lady-GaGa, these might seem a bit more.. appropriate. For an everyday girl like me, these would simply become bothersome and wouldn't be worth the effort. They are wonderful, very beautiful, but not appropriate. I'm going to have to say nay.
