Yay or Nay: Who Had The Best Celeb Hair Makeover This Week?

I love a good makeover and I love a good celeb hair makeover even more. I think it's because a new hairstyle can drastically change someone's look. Take Katy Perry's switch from her signature dark locks to her momentary ginger phase. Or, think of Miley's dramatic move from feminine and pretty to edgy punk with her major chop!

There were three major celeb hair makeovers this week and obviously, I was all over it. Some were better than others and some I wish I could turn back time to prevent from ever happening. I'll let you guess which one that is...
