LG Fashion Week: Vawk Spring 2010

We just love Sunny Fong. We interviewed the Season 2 Project Runway Canada winner a while ago and were anxious to see his spring 2010 collections at the AGO yesterday. Alas, a bug has been circulating the office this past week and we decided to self-quarantine.

Thankfully, Fashion Magazine has put together a series of nifty vids from their coverage of the various shows. Enjoy!

Trainer George Brings Back 2003

Girlfriends, I'm getting my 2003 body back.

In '03 I was quite bored at work and to keep myself from falling asleep, would take advantage of the gym in the building. It's amazing what you can achieve with 1.5 hour lunchtime workouts 5 days a week! I was so fit I played beach volleyball that summer in a bikini - and was not ashamed. Girlfriends, I also wore tight white pants in public!
