After our recent snowstorm which resulted in myself having a six hour delay in an airport, my skin has been all sorts of dry lately. In an effort to get that super soft, smooth skin a la Kerry Washington, I did some digging and found a simple DIY recipe for a dry skin moisturizer to use in winter.
