Well that's not daunting at all (you have to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 lb!), considering I had several such meals during the holidays and no time to exercise.

I know I'm not alone feeling like the holidays left me with an excess of calories...

Girlfriends, I'm getting my 2003 body back.

In '03 I was quite bored at work and to keep myself from falling asleep, would take advantage of the gym in the building. It's amazing what you can achieve with 1.5 hour lunchtime workouts 5 days a week! I was so fit I played beach volleyball that summer in a bikini - and was not ashamed. How fit is "too fit"?

The debate, it seems, rages on.

Female fitness was redefined around the time of the invention of step aerobics, a discipline I never did manage to master. Back then, the idea was to lose the post-pregnancy spare tire or the freshman fifteen. We toned down to fit into our favorite pair of acid-wash jeans and swore by control-top pantyhose.

5-time US Olympian Dara Torres, 41...

Almost Arianne on the pressure of sticking with the program...

I finished seeing my personal trainer a couple of weeks ago, and while I am coping, this is proving to be very difficult to keep up.

Exercise
I can still pull two trips to the gym per week, although my goal was three times a week. I did have a bout with a heavy head and cold this week though, so that was definitely a...
