Another hit from Guillermo del Toro, the brilliant director behind Pan's Labyrinth. The Orphanage (El Orfanato) will chill you to the bone. It is in Spanish with subtitles but the cinematography and acting are so well done you won't feel burdened by them. I saw it a couple of weeks ago and am still freaked out by it. Following the story of famous French singer Edith Piaf, it is so beautifully acted and the soundtrack so haunting you may find yourself downloading it on iTunes.
