These pad are so thin that you can barely tell you wearing them. These pads hold so much to be so thin its crazy. I recommend everyone just buy a pack to try for themselves.

i use the regular pads on the not so heavy days. it works well for me, especially it's ultra thin, feels comfortable, no bulky feeling. it's absorbent, no worries for the whole day
