This cake mix has to be one of our favourite kinds. The sponge once made is always so soft and light and just tastes incredible. We always devour this cake quickly in our house whenever it's made as its just sooo good. Highly recommended if you haven't tried it!

A product I love and continue to buy. We all have those days where we don't want to make things from scratch. Maybe we don't have all the ingredients we need or we're in a rush in the morning. These are perfect! Just need water, eggs ( or egg replacer in my case) a bit of oil...
