I bought these thinking they would be great to serve with both dip and smoked oysters. They are so delicious, light and crispy. Much less calories than potato chips and not lacking in potato flavour at all! It was too difficult to put them down but I had to share!
These bars are my favorite things to snack on and not feel overly guilty about. It has just enough sweetness to curb my sweet tooth cravings. The fibre in them is an added bonus too!
