I bought some of their new Ecohoaka’s since they looked so good on Instagram The quality of the halter top was pretty poor with extra thread sticking out on the front and I believe there was a manufacturing issue since it’s a double layered...   +

I bought some of their new Ecohoaka’s since they looked so good on Instagram

The quality of the halter top was pretty poor with extra thread sticking out on the front and I believe there was a manufacturing issue since it’s a double layered top and when I put it on, the outside layer seems to have more fabric causing it to bunch on the top making the nipple area stick out and sag weirdly.
I’ve had no issues with the other top and the bottoms and they look great

However, once I contacted their customer service team they were super unhelpful and told me to fix thread issues myself (which of course I can try but I don’t want to damage my bikini or they probably will not help me to fix it) and that they believe that there isn’t an issue with the bikini - which I don’t really understand if they are basing this knowledge on other bikini that they have in stock or something but it seems weird since I sent photo of the issue that seemed pretty obvious
They also blamed me for having a size that’s too big despite me having an XS when the sizing guide recommends a S

It’s not worth me sending back since the return shipping is so expensive and I’m worried I might get another crap product

I’m not sure I would recommend purchasing from them since the quality seems a bit inconsistent and customer service was very unhelpful and it didn’t seem like she really care about trying to help me at all    -
