The weight of each piece is great and fit my hands perfectly. The satin finish on the 18/10 stainless steel softens the look and is a great addition to my kitchen. -

One side features a groove to catch all the delicious meat juices or veggies that can roll around. The other side is smooth and perfect to use as a charcuterie board or as a work station. I used the cutting board as my work station to make dumplings! It contained the flour that got everywhere and it was easy to pick up for easy cleaning in the sink. As long as you care for this board (mineral oil, do not soak in water, do not put in the dishwasher), this board will last and your knife will thank you! -
