I have a Fibromyalgia and so I have good days and bad days as far as pain. The easier it is to make a meal the better. Side dishes are always whatever is healthy, but easy to make. We always have Knorr Side Kicks in the house, so easy to make and so many different kinds to choose from. Minute Rice is a family staple also, when we need something at the last minute. Easiest and fastest rice to make and tastes great. Also a great dish to finish off Chinese stir fry, etc.
I love to read, and play games on my phone or tablet. I love the social media; Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, etc.
