I LOVE my Diva Cup. I was having problems using tampons (irritation) and I really just don't like pads. The concept of something reusable, worn inside was really attractive to me. I do my best to not be in a position where I need to empty it in a public washroom. I find that emptying once in the morning and once in the evening (preferably in the shower) works best for me. It`s almost like not having a period at all. -
