I received the chocolate flavour premier canada protein for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I had froze some in popsicle form and put the rest in a smoothie like my normal whey powder. In the popsicle form, the chocolate flavour wasn't very pronounced and tasted quite powdery. In the smoothie itself I couldn't taste the chocolate flavour either. It still tasted a little powdery, until I added more ingredients. -

I received the caramel flavour premier protein complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I liked that the package was convenient and small enough to bring with me if I wanted it to. I froze some in popsicle form and that was quite delicious. The popsicles didn't taste grainy and the caramel flavour really came through. When you put it in a smoothie it also nicely complimented the smoothie. -

I received this free product in exchange for my honest reviews. This sponge came in perfect time, as my other ones were falling apart. After a few uses, I've found it to be quite sturdy. The dual side was useful as I was able to clean the stuck-on dirt from my pots and pans from one side while not scratching my bowls and plates with the other side. So far, it hasn't fallen apart yet, unlike some other ones that have fell apart within a week. -

I typically go to Tylenol or Advil to relieve pain, and I've found that at times my pain symptoms either don't go away until much later or the pain level is just subdued a little. I took a gelcap the other day when I had a headache, and to my surprise, it went away really quickly. The gelcap itself was easy to swallow with water, and didn't have a weird aftertaste. -

However, I noticed one or two symptoms persisted over the next 24 hours. They were far and few between, but I wasn't completely symptom-free. Overall, it felt like all the other allergy meds out there so far - effective, but not 100%. -

I was lucky enough to receive try the Raspberry Fudge flavour for free in exchange for my honest reviews. I love ice cream, so I was super excited to know that there are low-calorie ones I could eat as a treat!
The raspberry flavour is very pronounced, as is the fudge flavour. I like the balance of the sweetness of the fudge and the sourness of the raspberry, though sometimes the fudge overpowers the raspberry depending on the scoop. The ice cream itself tastes light and more like a sorbet than ice cream, as I couldn't really pick out the taste of dairy. It is still a good treat, and tasty enough but not so calorie-dense that I could eat half a container and not feel guilty.

I was able to purchase some products with an $100 off voucher during the Soia & Kyo Chickadvisor Champaign and I chose this Phebe double-sided scarf. I have been on the lookout for a new autumn/winter/spring scarf that's suitable for the Canadian weather and I am very happy I have found this one. It is a massive scarf that's as long as I am tall, at 70" by 26.7". This is a priority for me as I need large enough scarves that can cover my neck and body and act as a shawl when I'm sitting around. The scarf is extremely soft and warm to the touch, which makes me want to never take it off. The double-sidedness makes this scarf very versatile, especially since there's a clear colour contrast that makes it compliment many outfits. The only downside is that given the material (100% acrylic) and how soft it is, it is prone to a little pilling, especially when worn on top of other acrylic or clothings prone to pilling. -

I visited the Soia & Kyo store at Square One as part of the Chickadvisor campaign in exchange for my honest review. I did not indicate to any staff that I was part of the campaign until I was at the cashier checkouting, so I can say for certain that the interactions I had beforehand was genuine and authentic.
The store space wasn't big, but it was very bright, organized, and modern chic. The products were not all displayed nicely and the bright lights and numerous mirrors made it very easy to evaluate each product and test it out. It wasn't crowded when I had visited the store, but at the same time I didn't feel like there were sales associates hovering around me. I was looking for a scarf, and an associate named Richard was very kind enough to not only show me all the colours and styles that were available, but also help me decide which one was best for the autumn season. He encouraged me to try different scarfs out in front of the mirror, and didn't pressure me into any purchases. The prices of the scarfs were a little high, considering many were acrylic, but they felt so soft and warm, and was the perfect large size for the Canadian fall and winter seasons that it was really worth it.

The texture of the lotion is quite thick, and it takes a little more effort to really spread the product evenly. My skin felt greasy afterwards, but that only lasted for about a minute. Next thing I knew, my skin was smooth and velvety and there's no hint of grease anymore. The scent itself is light, subtle, and doesn't linger around for too long. -
