I placed an order with Well.ca a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, there was a mix up in my order and I did not receive one of the items ordered. I used their online help function to talk to a live customer service rep and they were very friendly...   +

I placed an order with Well.ca a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, there was a mix up in my order and I did not receive one of the items ordered. I used their online help function to talk to a live customer service rep and they were very friendly, prompt, and made sure to make the proper adjustments to my order. I was very pleased with the service despite there being a little mix up at the warehouse. While their prices are pretty much on par with most other online retailers, they offer free shipping on all of their products which is wonderful. I would certainly do business with them again.    -
