I bought one can of Prarie Red, and my cats loved it, so I bought more. The next few cans of Prarie Red were darker in colour, the texture was softer and fattier, and had a lot of small beans in it. They did not like it!

Today I opened up another can of Prarie Ref, and it was the same texture and colour as the first can I bought. And of course, this one they loved.
So what’s the deal with the difference in colour, texture, and ingredients? Mislabeled?

I have a cat with allergies, so I’ll monitor her for any changes.    -
