Terrible customer service. Here's why: they do not care if you are happy. They take your deposit and then when you don't hear from them and back out, they claim the work was done and waiting for you. They suck, they are unreasonable, total cash...   +

Terrible customer service. Here's why: they do not care if you are happy. They take your deposit and then when you don't hear from them and back out, they claim the work was done and waiting for you. They suck, they are unreasonable, total cash grab. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ AT BLACK LINE STUDIO. Owner travels to Italy on the deposit money of minorities who change their mind and lose their job. Like this happens daily. Thanks Black Line for sucking majorly.    -
