Batiste Waterless Cleansing Foam with Coconut Milk
Not really called "coconut milk" called clean & shine Even though they say not for oily hair I have found it to be the best "dry" shampoo for my fine oily hair. Cleans it quickly, doesn't weigh it down. Would highly recommend
