I am always in a rush to get to work and it is so easy to blend this with a banana and take it on the go. It is not SUPER filling but it can keep me full from the morning until my lunch break. -

Stella and Chewy's products never fail. I noticed my husky was not eating his food, so I added the food mixers to his bowl and he started eating. The only issue I have is that this product is pricey and for such a big dog, the quantity is not enough (the bag is small). The fish added the extra omega-3 to his food which is perfect for his coat! -

For a few months before conceiving, I started taking prenatal from NFH to get the folic acid, but also to take as a multivitamin. It was highly recommended by my naturopath and I had seen it everywhere on social media. There are so many vitamins... +
For a few months before conceiving, I started taking prenatal from NFH to get the folic acid, but also to take as a multivitamin. It was highly recommended by my naturopath and I had seen it everywhere on social media. There are so many vitamins included like Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin A, B,C, D... and much more. As a multivitamin, I rarely got sick which is great because I work in a school.
The only downfall of this prenatal is that it has to be taken 3x a day, which sometimes I forget or pregnant, I could imagine how terrible it would be with the nausea.
If you're looking for a prenatal that is clean and has a pure form of folic acid, this is the one for you.

Before I began my journey with getting pregnant, I heard a lot about ovulation strips. Some women said they were a gimmick others said they were needed. I decided to buy the amazon ones, as they were more budget friendly than those at the pharmacy. Before ever trying to conceive, I tracked my ovulation for two months to get a sense of when I was the most fertile. I love that it has an app (not needed but definitely a plus) that tells reads the strip for you to tell you if you are fertile or not. Because the strips are cheap, I did not care to test myself twice a day for a week. I got pregnant the first month of conception, although it ended in a chemical pregnancy, I am still using the strips again for the second time around. I recommend this to any couple beginning their fertility journey! -
