I received the Swiss Natural Cran-Max 250mg for free in exchange for an honest review. I’ve been getting occasional UTIs since I was a teenager, and as anyone who has ever had a UTI would tell you – it’s one of the most painful experiences EVER. The stress of it also comes from not knowing when it will happen again. I’ve read so many articles, tried so many herbal remedies, ate tonnes of dried cranberries, and always have a bottle of cranberry juice at home (every brand that’s on the market, I have tried it). I was so excited to try this cranberry super concentrated supplement (honestly I didn’t even know something like this existed!). It is 34:1 fruit extract and you take 2 capsules every day. 2 caplets are equivalent to 8-10oz of cranberry juice extract (so way less cranberry juice drinking). The capsules are small and slightly hard to swallow, but there’s no weird after taste which is good, you just had to down it with lots of liquid. You have to take it for about 4 weeks to see any changes – I’ve taken it religiously for 30 days now, and while I haven’t had a UTI, my PMS bloating has gotten better. I also feel a bit “cleaner” inside (maybe it’s in my head) and it feels like a small cleanse. A small bottle would last you 30 days (60 caplets).
I’ve incorporated the Swiss Natural Cran-Max caplets into my daily routine with my multivitamins, and knowing that covers my occasional cranberry intake makes me feel better knowing that “I won’t forget to drink some cranberry juice to prevent the next UTI”. I am very happy with this cranberry supplement, and definitely will be getting another bottle for the next month.

If you have multiple kids under 10 in the family, you know it’s ALWAYS germ/cold/flu season in the house, it’s just a game of Russian roulette. The day I received the Zarbee’s baby soothing cough syrup, my 3yo gets sent home from daycare because he had a slight fever and was coughing. Gave him a little of the cough syrup (I had some myself too), it went down nicely and I actually quite enjoyed the peach honey taste. My 3yo didn’t mind it either, and when I asked him if it made him feel better, he said YES and wanted another spoonful (we didn’t use the syringe that came with it). It’s been 2 days and his cough has gotten a lot better. I have to say, there’s much less complaint from him this time around. I just wish the bottle is bigger! As with all medication/nutrition for your little ones, always check with your family doctor if you have any questions. -

I received the Zarbee's Baby Immunity Syrup for free in exchange for an honest review. This immunity syrup is for 6 months+, and boosts your baby’s zinc intake. I gave it to my 8 month old, and 3 year old, and neither refused the taste (probably because of the grape flavor) and it went down so smoothly for the both of them. Of course mommy tried it too, and it’s actually not bad. The syringe helps the 8m baby take it, but the 3yo didn’t need it – super handy though if you have a fussy little one. Zinc is needed for kids to grow and develop their bodies, it’s especially important if your babies are only breastfed (mine are). This immunity syrup helps add extra mineral to meet their growing needs. I only wish the bottle comes in a bigger size! As always, check with your family doctor if you have concerns about your children’s health. -

I received the AVEENO Calm + Restore Daily Gel Moisturizer for free in exchange for an honest review. I love that it is super light weight, and super absorbent. A little dab goes a long way, and gets absorbed into my skin immediately. It is for sensitive and dry skin, and let me tell you, your skin will appreciate this extra moisture layer. Aveeno does great fragrance free products, and the Calm + Restore Daily Gel Moisturizer has its unique Aveeno smell (not a smell, IYKYK), which is amazing! I have caught my partner, who hates putting lotion on, taking a few pumps and putting them around his elbows. If an anti-lotion guy enjoys this, you know it works. It is made of prebiotic oat, aloe and B5 formula – only the good stuff for your skin. The bottle says it keeps your skin moisturized for 48 hours – personally, it was good for the entire 7am-9pm routine I had, before I showered and washed everything away. I must say I felt great the entire day and no stickiness whatsoever. This moisturizer is like a gel but cream form, and I am on day 4 of using this, and I have not had any breakouts (which I am prone to). Love it, and as usual, love the Aveeno pump bottles. Will definitely keep a stock at home! -

I have been using this eye serum with the Aveeno eye gel together every night for 4 weeks straight, religiously without skipping a day. I can say my 30+ year old tired mother eyes are so moisturised and energized in the morning, I am definitely going to stick with this new routine and serum. As a busy mother I don’t get as much sleep as I would like (who does?) and after 4 weeks of using this Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum, my eyes are WAY more moisturised, my fine wrinkles are WAY less visible, and I actually can skip the concealer to cover my dark circles when I wear make up. It’s THAT GOOD! The serum is super lightweight but don’t let that fool you – it works. The lightweight and fragrance-free serum is what Aveeno does best – it smells good (no artificial stuff) and it feels so good on your skin, especially sensitive area around the eyes. It is absorbed almost immediately when I put the serum on, and it doesn’t leave a mark.
This Aveeno eye serum has Cranberry Extract, a plant-based retinol alternative, with antioxidant-rich peptides. We all know how good and important retinol is for your skin, especially for anti-aging. It also has Colloidal Oatmeal to soothe dry skin around the eyes and Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) to make the skin smoother and softer. I absolutely love it and will definitely keep up the routine. Make sure you take a few seconds to massage your eyes a bit when you use the serum, it helps the skin absorb it and also, everyone deserves a little bit of massage when you can!

I received the Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel for free in exchange for an honest review. I have used this eye gel every night for 4 weeks straight, and I can honestly say, my fine lines have improved, and my eyes look WAY less puffy in the morning. The gel is super light and it is absorbed almost immediately in my skin – which I love! I don’t like the other “heavier” kind of eye cream that lingers and ends up on my pillow case when I go to sleep. Aveeno has always been great with their fragrance-free products, and this eye gel is the same. Even though the eye gel is lightweight, it really hydrates the skin around my eyes, and a little goes a long way (just a small dollop is enough to cover both eyes) – and don’t forget to apply it around the whole eye area, not just under. Like I mentioned earlier, my eyes are way less puffy after using this eye gel, especially after a heavy sleep and some drinking. I stopped using concealer under my eyes to cover my dark circles – it’s THAT GOOD!
The Aveeno Calm + Restore Age Renewal Eye Gel has Cranberry Extract, a plant-based retinol alternative, but don’t worry, you can’t smell the cranberries. It did help moisturise my eyes and it feels more “bouncy” now. It is also enriched with Colloidal Oatmeal to help soothe dry skin and it also has Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) to make your eyes look brighter. Definitely no complaints with this eye gel, absolutely loving it and thank you for making my tired eyes look bright every morning! After a month I am running a bit low on the eye gel and it’s time for me to get a new one!

The hand size facial cleanser is so small, super lightweight, and super pretty (rose gold!) It’s easy to recharge (via USB) and the 3 modes are different enough to fit most people’s needs. The soap lathers up really easily and it was so soft on my skin. I used it in the shower and I can attest that it is waterproof and definitely safe to use wherever your cleaning routine is.
That being said, the massager is a bit too gentle for my cleaning preference. I wish the massager mode can go stronger, maybe 3 times stronger. The lack of intensity would be my only complaint. Maybe it is better for my skin to have a soft massager, but personally I prefer a slightly stronger scrub for my end of day face cleaning routine.
The massage vibration does feel pretty good though, and keeps the circulation going. The silicone head is easy to clean and ultra-hygienic, and just generally so soft to touch. I would keep it in the shower for my cleaning routine, since it does keep my hands free while washing.

I am super gung-ho on having SPF on during the day, even in winter (especially in winter actually, because of snow reflection). This Aveeno moisturizer with SPF is perfect for what I need – whether it’s indoors (for monitor SPF) or outdoor (sun SPF). It’s super light and not greasy at all. It’s so light you almost can’t feel it there, I feel so confident that my skin is protected against UVA and UVB. It has 100% mineral actives titanium dioxide and zinc oxide that are naturally sourced and gentle on sensitive skin, and my skin has had no problems with it (I’ve been using it every day for 10 days now). I would like to highlight this new face moisturizer is made from 40% Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic, it’s little but every little bit helps the environment. -

It’s a medium roast with a lovely hint of French vanilla, just sweet enough you probably don’t need to add any extra sugar (yay for better health!) and there’s no artificial flavours so you can drink easy knowing it’s good for you. I’ve always gone for ethically sourced beans and this one is 100% ethically sourced and Rainforest Alliance Certified.
Love this new flavour and the 12 pack is perfect for the holiday season when you have people over. Knowing each cup helps support the well-being of coffee farmers, their communities and the surrounding forests and wildlife makes the holidays even merrier. Cheers!

I received the Swimways Hydro Paddle & Pickleball Set for free in exchange for an honest review. Pickleball is all the hype right now and we took advantage of the warm weather and tried out this new sport in the playground this afternoon – it’s so easy to learn and it’s super fun – kids and adults alike! The paddle is regulation sized so it’s good for adults and older kids (my 6yo had a little trouble holding it with one hand but he got the hang of it really quickly and actually beat his sibling in a game!)
Google pickleball and you will find there’s tournaments and professionals playing it, we love it! The rules are super easy, we didn’t play with a net, just played hitting the ball in turns without letting it drop to the group, but you can play it like tennis as well. I think we need to get a couple more sets so the whole family can play together. The paddle is made of sturdy and great quality – haven’t tried out the waterproof side yet but having run it under a faucet, it holds up. Can’t wait to bring it with us camping this summer!
