I received the Trojan Duet 2-in-1 Vibrating Massager + Ring for free in exchange for an honest review. This toy is made of high-quality silicone with a super smooth surface. It’s soft, bendy (MUCH appreciated function compared to other traditional “toys” that do not bend) and super easy to clean (just use soap and water). It has 10 different vibration setting (strength and also you can control which end to vibrate) and there are 2 motors on each end, it will definitely please you and your partner. It comes with a simple instruction to show you how to use it (for me, it helps to have an image for the Ring, as I’ve never used one like this before). I have to say, this is my favorite toy so far – I really like that it can be used as a couple toy – so we can both enjoy it at the same time! Husband really liked the Ring, and we love using it together during inter course. The buttons are easy to push and to locate (there’s a little light), and the USB charging function is great (pretty standard these days). It is also water resistant but I have not tried this with water yet. Make sure if you use lubricant, pick a water-based one otherwise it might damage the toy.

I received the vacuum cleaner right before the weekend, and it was a BLESSING because it was cleaning week. Spoiler alert – it will make you want to clean your house right away, and turn it into a family event!
First of all, we have a central vac system at our place, and it’s fine but there are always moments where there’s a little mess and you don’t want to pull the whole system out and put it back. This new NOMA vacuum is about 15lb, it’s super light, and I was able to carry it and clean with one hand while carrying a clingy toddler. The best use case for us was using it in the family bathroom. Anyone with long hair or with offsprings with long hair can tell you how much mess that is every single day. I left the NOMA vacuum in the bathroom and everyone who has long hair used it to clean up their mess after a shower. MAGIC! Just be careful not to run it over a wet floor (says so in the manual, which is very informative by the way). My favorite feature is the LED headlight – who knew there would be dirt and dust where I normally can’t see! This is definitely something the central vac would never be able to do. My second favorite feature is the swivel steering – I never knew stand up vacuums can do that! One little push with your leg and you can TURN the vacuum head! This is one of the reasons why I can clean with only one available arm! Absolutely love how easy it is to vacuum. My eldest has also volunteered to do some cleaning since the vacuum is so light and in her words “pretty cool to look at”.
Other great features include the lift-up body (it’s so easy to use with just one little button, and the whole thing lifts off). The wand is amazing for hard to reach places like the ceiling or floor corners. It also works by pushing a button and it will release, but the portable hose could get twisted and tangled slightly. What really impressed me was the 3-in-1 combination tool and the turbo brush tool – they hang on the side of the vacuum and make sure all your house surface is covered. We tried it on the curtain and fabric couch – not a single complaint at all! The fact that NOMA can combine 3 tools into 1 is so epic. The filter in the vacuum lists that it can filter out 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns – I can’t test that without being a lab but judging by the amount of dust and particles it picked up when I used it for the first time, I’m a firm believer.
Some cons to be aware of – the power cord is long and super useful for when you want to clean a large area – but it does get in the way if you’re just cleaning up a small area. It hasn’t gotten tangled on me yet but I feel like it could be a small trip hazard if you are not careful. The lower chord hook on the vacuum cleaner is a bit hard to find (read the manual to find out all the tips and tricks and the full functionality, I highly recommend it!) also one last thing is the portable tool hooks – the 3-in-1 combination tool and the turbo brush tool got knocked off a little too easily when I was bringing the vacuum cleaner up some stairs. Just make sure you push it in tight and you should be fine.

First of all, what a pretty Aveeno bottle that matches our upcoming fall colors with a brown toned cap and graphics! Aveeno is a staple in our family, ranging from baby care to adult skin care, this new tone + texture lotion is another great addition to our skincare routine. It’s super smooth, super absorbing, and even it’s fragrance free (great for sensitive little ones, well not for them, but when we hold or cuddle some of the lotion will bound to rub off on them!) it smells so fresh, like Aveeno does! I used it on my rough elbows both in the morning and evening, and after 5 days, I do feel it is smoother. It’s a stubborn spot that either gets overlooked during my skincare routine, or it’s just me running around all day and banging it on everything. I asked my son to feel it and he said it’s softer (already a win!) My ankles are a bit too rough to feel any difference right now, but I will keep at it. It contains 4% natural PHA, Pro-Vitamin B3, and prebiotic oat, which we know are all great for our skin. Also it is paraben free (it’s a must these days). The pump bottle is perfect for busybodies, just 2 pumps and it covers most of my body or rough spots. -

The standout feature for me is their shatter-resistant quality. I accidentally dropped one while setting the lights up, completing it with the Noma weather seal, and to my surprise, it didn't even crack. Not a single scratch or dent! That's some impressive durability! Not only are they tough cookies, but they're also kind to the environment with their energy-efficient LED technology, which uses a fraction (80% less to be precise) of the energy compared to those old-school incandescent bulbs. Plus, they fit seamlessly into a standard C9 incandescent light string set, so you won't need to make any special adjustments. Another highlight is the Constant-Lit Advanced Strand Technology, meaning if one bulb decides to call it quits, the whole string stays lit. I haven't encountered a single dud and even if I do, I know for sure I don’t need to rehaul the whole thing. Each bulb boasts 2 SMDs, making them extra bright. I accidentally dropped one while installing them with the Noma weather seal, and guess what? It didn't break! Not only are they tough, but they're also eco-friendly with their energy-efficient LED technology, using a fraction of the energy compared to traditional bulbs. Plus, they fit perfectly into a standard C9 incandescent light string set, so no need to go hunting for specific fixtures. Another awesome feature is their Constant-Lit Advanced Strand Technology, which means if one bulb burns out, the whole strand stays lit. I received the Noma Advanced Custom Replacement Bulbs C9 LED 25 Warm White for free in exchange for an honest review. These are beautiful lights! Probably one of the best quality lights I have ever touched or used! Maybe because my family has always used hand-me-down lights or just cheap ones, these Noma replacement bulbs are FANCY! The best thing about it is that they are shatter resistant – and I can personally attest to it that it is actually true! I accidentally dropped one while putting the Noma weather seal on and it DID NOT BREAK. The LEDs are energy efficient (uses 80% less energy than traditional incandescent bulbs) and they all fit into a standard C9 incandescent light string set (check out the Noma set). The Constant-Lit Advanced Strand Technology keeps the entire strand lit if one bulb burns out (so you can hide it with some other decoration and not replace it) – but so far all the lights are perfectly fine and we have not had a dud. There are 2 SMDs per bulb so it’s extra bright – check out our photo at night! The bulbs are also weather resistant which is perfect for both indoors and outdoors – if you want to be extra careful or if you have small kids around, check out the Noma Weather seals as well – we really enjoy the extra safety features. -

I have never used a weather seal ever in my life – not even after 20 plus years of helping my parents do Christmas decorations, and now my own. Thanks to Noma and Canadian Tire, my Christmas lights are now 100000% safe from all weather elements – be it snow, rain, slush, ice, or just dirt haha. The weather seal is super easy to put on, just slide it under the light bulb you want protected, and twist it the usual way on the light string, and viola, safety achieved! These Noma weather seal are made from quality rubber and feels tight when you screw on with the light bulbs. It might take a few tries to get it in the first time but once you get the hang of it, the light bulbs just go in very easily. -

Here’s the new Noma custom bulk wire to the rescue! With a good 25 feet extension, you can put up lights anywhere and anyhow you want! Perfectly safe to use outside (and also inside, if you have a LOT of Christmas decoration like us), helping you make that extra mile to the power outlet and keep your lights just the way you want it! Add some male or female plugs (also sold by Noma at Canadian Tire) to make your life easier. The quality coating on the cord will last you years outside in the rain or snow. -

This set uses a standard C9 incandescent light string set and is compatible with both incandescent and LED outdoor bulbs.
One nice feature of this set is that it comes wired in parallel (marketed as Constant-Lit Advanced Strand Technology), meaning that if one light bulb burns out or fails, the remainder of the lights on the line will remain lit. This is great for anyone who remembers having to go outside in the middle of winter to try and figure out which bulb on a long string of lights needs to be replaced.
One word of caution is that the total length of the string is 111’ (~34 m), but the actual length of the string where the light bulbs are placed is a bit shorter (about 99’ or ~30m). Be sure to check the packaging first for both dimensions, especially if you need a specific length of cord that is illuminated. Other than that, the quality of the string feels very secure and it was as easy to set up as screwing in a light bulb. 10/10
