I received the Bai Antioxidant Infusion Molokai Coconut for free in exchange for an honest review. This new drink came at the perfect time, as it feels like 30c every day! I got the drink from Freshco, it was nice and cool from the fridge, and popped it open in the park as I let the kids run wild. The coconut taste super smooth, almost like a regular coconut water, but less sweet. There’s only 1g of sugar and it is from a naturally sourced sweetener – none of the artificial sugar that looks like is causing harm. It almost feels like I’m in the tropical area enjoying a cold cold summer drink. The bottle is BPA free, I might just reuse it for something else, maybe a homemade smoothie later.
The only thing I would point out is that it has 65mg caffeine per bottle, it’s in the small prints in the back label so not too easily read. I’m glad I didn’t let my kid try this otherwise there will be no bedtime! I’m okay with 65mg of caffeine, I can always use a little boost, but this is not just a regular coconut drink. Actually I like having a bit of extra caffeine in this summer drink – bring on summer!

I received the PADERNO 3.5 Cup Compact Food Chopper with Vortex Blade for free in exchange for an honest review. I was so happy to receive this beautiful black stainless steel finish food processer! We just did our kitchen so the stainless steel appliance goes perfectly with our new granite kitchen top. The only other Paderno appliance I have is a cooking pan, and I absolutely love it, now I have a second love!
This new compact food chopper works SUPER FAST and when you think 3.5 cups, it’s actually bigger than most of what majority of the recipes call for. My first try was to chop a whole clove of garlic for a spaghetti sauce recipe. It took me longer to peel the garlics than to chop them up in this new food processor! One click and approx. 5 seconds later, I have a whole cup of freshly minced garlic for my recipe. I want to note that this chopper is SO EASY to clean. I don’t know if it is the plastic or the stain resistant BPA-free Tritan™ chopper bowl, but after using the chopper, all it took was a quick rinse and off to the drying rack.
In my picture I have a multitude of fruit bits to chop, for one of my little picky eaters. 5 seconds, and viola, a beautiful puree that the little one has no idea what’s in it (that’s what all moms want right, get them the best nutrition without all the fuss!) I think I will try a smoothie next! Extra brownie points for being a Canadian brand (I didn’t know until today), good job Paderno, and thank you for making my cooking life so much easier with prepping and cleaning!

I received the Nair Prep & Smooth Face Hair Remover Cream Coconut Milk for free in exchange for an honest review. First of all, absolutely LOVE how small the remover cream tub is – I can already see myself taking this for a cottage weekend for a quick touch-up (or removal). The squeeze tub works super smoothly, without over or underapplying on the face. The instructions are super clear, easy to follow, and best of all – FAST! The cap twists in perfectly, I am 100% not worried about any leaking. Love the collagen ingredient, we know we need it (nobody is getting any younger)! Couldn’t smell the coconut milk but that’s totally okay with me, I prefer my products to be a bit scent-free anyway – but knowing the coconut milk content inside helps. No bad ingredients – double check marks! Super easy application and only takes a few minutes, then a quick wash/wipe, absolutely no pain at all! I used it around my lips and like magic, a few minutes with the Nair Prep on, one wet wipe, and all the little fuzzy hair were gone! It has been 3 days and I haven’t had to reapply yet. My skin felt so smooth after, I didn’t need to add any aftercare products. What a great little tub to have for a quick getaway or a short trip, definitely adding this to my face care routine. -

I received the Wizarding World Harry Potter - Magical Collector Mystery Wand for free in exchange for an honest review. I got the Sirius Black version! They say the wand choses the wizard and I think it read my mind! Out of all the different wands I would have picked Sirius anyway! Our household is a long time Harry Potter fan-house (adults and kids included), there was SO MUCH excitement opening the mystery wand and the fact it was random – made it even more magical!
First off, the actual wand and package. It’s packaged in a beautiful box with a display base and iron medallion. The 12 inch wand is surprisingly sturdy and heavy, unlike any other plastic toys you might have seen. The fine details on the wand itself is amazing, it creates a real touch that this is a “real wand”. It’s great to have the display base but I doubt it will be used very much (the wand is being passed around the house constantly and has been my 9yo’s sleeping buddy for the last few nights).
Play time! Parents beware, you might run into things being “broken” on purpose :) just so the kids can say “REPAIRO”. It’s such a joy to see the kids running around doing “magic” on each other. My favorite is when my son keeps asking me what needs to be repaired around the house. So far my washing machine, toaster oven, and my master bed has been magically made and done! Let’s see what else can he fix around the house!
100% buying each one in the family another mystery wand box for Christmas. I can already picture the new 2023 Christmas photo with all of us in our HP outfit and Magical Collector Mystery Wand! 10000% would recommend if you have any Harry Potter fans in the family!

I received the Chapman's Super Premium Plus Chocolate & Brownies for free in exchange for an honest review. First of all, absolutely LOVE the new Chapman packaging, it’s super classy and makes dessert time looks like a feast! The chocolate & brownies flavour is amazing – the chocolate is so rich and thick, with little bits of white and dark brownie bits. I couldn’t taste the white brownie bits but the dark ones go REALLY WELL with the chocolate ice cream, and there’s so many of them, every bite you’re guaranteed to get a few pieces. Love that it’s peanut, nut and egg free, this will be a staple for when we have guests over especially when the weather warms up (safest dessert for everyone!). It’s also great to know that the new packaging is certified to the sustainable forestry initiative, anything to do our part in this planet. The only thing is – I wish the ice cream tub size comes in bigger – my partner and I had to hide it from the kids otherwise the 500ml tub will not last one night! That being said, it fit perfectly in a jammed packed freezer so kudos again Chapman! -

I received the Aveeno® Kids Sensitive Skin Face & Body Wash for free in exchange for an honest review. It has been a rough few weeks in this household with everyone getting sick, so any products that would help speed up cleaning or bathing process was VERY much appreciated – and here comes Aveeno! This new face and body wash was a saviour! The hypoallergenic product meant I didn’t have to worry about any irritation on the little, medium (and even big kids). A few pumps – cleans your hair, face, and body, rinse, and you’re out and back into your bed for rest. Love the “Aveeno” smell, always ever so gentle, always ever so smoothing. The oat extract was a pleasant surprise as it kept the skin moisturised (just like the gel cream from Aveeno). The face and body wash lathers up well, and CLEANS well (trust me, in a sick household, you NEED something that cleans well, and this one does it!). definitely will be buying again, and all my kids love the little elephant on the bottle (so do I!) -

I received the Aveeno® Kids Sensitive Skin Face & Body Gel Cream for free in exchange for an honest review. This family has been battling the flu/stomach bug for the past 3 weeks so the review is coming in a little later than usual – but hey, we got to test the product out more than usual before writing a review! I love Aveeno, it is a staple in our house. This face and body gel cream is so absorbing, no smell, and a little bit goes a long way – perfect for the wriggly little ones that always thinks moisturisers are out to kill them! Dab a bit on your hand, and rubbed all over – face and body, and done! The bottle/tube is also cute and acted as a quick distractor for a diaper change. No allergies, no reactions, just baby smooth skin to touch afterwards. Had to read up on the prebiotic oat formula and this has to be my new favourite. All the kids (and big kids) love it and I just wish the bottle was bigger (I think we are already running low!). definitely will need to buy more, but thank you Aveeno for another great product! -

It’s been almost a week and I have washed my hair 5 times, my hair has been squeaky clean all 5 times! The last 2 times I only needed to use the shampoo once (I normally wash twice). The new headline for this shampoo is they added hyaluronic acid! Hyaluronic acid is super popular in most skin-care product these days, and I am SO GLAD Garnier decided to add it to their hair products, and at such an affordable price! Love the smell and love that my scalp feels so clean after. Didn’t get to try the leave-in spray but the condition is just as good (see my other review). Definitely will buy again! -

I received the Garnier Fructis Pure Moisture Hydrating Conditioner for free in exchange for an honest review. As of the time in writing, I have used the conditioner 5 times over almost a week, and it’s been great! No frizz and I can easily comb my wet hair after (I know it’s bad for your hair but I use a wide-tooth comb). The smell is refreshing, like spring! More importantly, there’s hyaluronic acid in it, which is the whole new hype these days. I use hyaluronic acid serum on my face every day so I’m SUPER EXCITED to have this on my hair as well. I cannot wait to use this for long term and see what it does to my hair. If I’m seeing good results in a week, I am sure this will get better in a month or so. Also “zero silicone” is the confidence assurance for any hair products so very happy with it! -

I received the Degree® Women Advanced 72H Nonstop Antiperspirant Deodorant Dry Spray for free in exchange for an honest review. I’ve always hesitated when it comes to spray on deodorant, mostly because I’ve had bad experiences with white marks – but I am happy to say that this new Degree Antiperspirant Deodorant Dry Spray DID NOT LEAVE A SINGLE MARK! The smell is about the usual Degree product smell (not sure how to describe it), very pleasant and not overwhelming. The longest I wore it was 17 hours and it held up during the entire time (I ran 3k, vacuumed, chased after 3 little ones) and I can still smell the deodorant when I showered at the end of the day. Really like this bottle, it’s so easy to grab, especially when my hands are always full. The lock is a REALLY GOOD touch, given that we have little ones running around. It works like a child lock. Definitely would buy again! -
