Japanese frozen udon has such an amazing texture and so quick to cook.
It is sure to give you an enjoyable & satisfying mouth-feel. I made broth with carrot, onion, wakame and shiitake mushroom powder. Toppings are lettuce, corn, lotus root, mushroom ….and of course some spring onions and chilli oil sauce.
This is simple but still a perfect nourishing and delicious warm meal. Enjoy and itadakimasu!!

It doesn’t as creamy or satisfying as regular ice cream, which is a result of its lower fat and sugar content. But I still love it. To be able to eat the whole pint for only 350 calories is incredible. I don’t feel guilty about eating the whole thing! The price point is not expensive. I'll be buying it again for sure whenever im craving chocolate mint. -

Tim Tam Gelato Messina Choc Mint Biscuits was one of the best limited editions for the brand to date. I bought this for hubby. Hubby became addicted to these biscuits while travelling in Australia 5 year ago. It’s intense and decadent. It has a mint créme centre perfectly flanked two heavenly smooth chocolate biscuits and wearing a dark chocolate coated. It was also best with coffee and hot tea. The biscuits did not last long in my house I’m sure.

Chocolate Oranges have a greenish brown skin on the outside, but are not chocolate on the inside. They have a very lovely sweetness than regular Navel Oranges, have a lower acidity and are juicier, with no hint of sourness. Plus with such a lightly thin skin that is still fairly easy to peel. They are perfect enjoying oranges due to their strong zesty fragrance and seedless flesh.
Navel Chocolate Oranges are available for a short season in winter. Definitely worth a try if you get the chance.
