I bought this mascara because I was getting ready to go to the cottage, what I really wanted was a great waterproof mascara that would hold up well while swimming, boating, and doing all those fun summer activities (which can take a toll on certain products!). Maybelline Lash Stiletto, waterproof, was a really good price so I decided to try it out! I found that it worked very well for what I needed, but is not something I like to wear very often. I like to wear 2-3 layers of mascara and found that after a second coat this mascara became clumpy and did not seem to lengthen my lashes as much. For one coat, this mascara is very good and I would reccomend it to anyone who needs a good waterproof mascara! For those looking for lengthening, I would suggest you try other products and see if they are more effective, which I wil certainly be doing as well!    -
