Found lozenges helpful in controlling cravings. Didn’t like as much as the gum, but flavour wasn’t bad. Definitely worth trying when you’re ready to quit.

I also had a sunburn on my forehead that was really dry and sore. I applied this balm twice and it cleared the peeling skin right up

This product is fabulous. I wash my hands a million times a day and my hands get so dry and cracked between my fingers. The precise tip on this ointment means I can get right in the cracks and soothe them. Also works great on cracked heels.
