I bought this product to see what the hype was all about, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hydration you get from the EOS lip balm is exceptional, and my lips are immediately moisturized for 3-4 hours after initially applying the balm. I love the smell of Vanilla Mint, and the slight tingle from the mintiness is a great feeling. My lips are always soft and smooth whenever I use this lip balm, and I use it alone and under lipstick and it works wonderfully for both purposes. The egg shaped packaging is cute and fun to throw into my purse when I’m out, although it does take up more space than the typical lip balm but that’s not a big deal. I don’t notice the difference between Visibly Soft and the normal EOS lip balms (ex: Pomegranate Raspberry) on my lips, they all work just as well. -

This is a very good foundation. I use the formula for combo/oily skin and it is EXTREMELY full coverage and long lasting on my oily skin. I set it with Rimmel Stay Matte powder and the combination of the two can last an entire school day with little to no blotting throughout the day.
This foundation can get cakey fast however, so blending and thin layers are key. I apply this with a concealer brush in spots around my face and then blend it in with a dense flat top brush. It also will cling to dry patches and pronounce them, so make sure your skin is moisturized and exfoliated before using this. This foundation photographs very well, and there is no white cast.
You absolutely must use a very good makeup remover to ensure your skin does not break out from this foundation (I have sensitive skin, and if I do not thoroughly cleanse my face after using this, it will break out), as it is a little difficult to remove, but that is because it is so long wearing! The finish is matte and I use the shade Sand Beige, which is a perfect shade match for me.
I have a gripe about the packaging however, as a glass bottle is heavy and takes up a lot of space in my makeup bag and it is not very travel friendly. The cap of my bottle has also broken, so I am always scared of bringing it in my bag with me in case of spillage.
Overall, this is the best full coverage foundation for oily skin that you will find at the drugstore.

This is my holy grail concealer. I use the shade Light 10, a perfect shade match for me, and it stays put on my oily skin, covers my acne scars and dark spots flawlessly, and at the same time can be blended out beneath my eyes to cover my dark circles! The versatility of this concealer comes from the formula, which can be built up to cover pimples but when needed to can be blended out to be thin enough to cover the under eye area to prevent caking up in the area.
I use this for sculpting out the face as well. You can also use the darker shades to contour because this concealer blends out so flawlessly with brushes and fingers both. The doufut applicator makes spot concealing super easy, dispensing the amount of product you want at your control. I’ve had this concealer for half a year now and there is still so much product in the tube.
This concealer is a staple in my makeup collection and used everyday in my makeup routine. I have not used the NARS Creamy Concealer so I cannot compare if this is a dupe or not, but it fufills and surpasses all my needs, so why spend more when you can get it for less?

I debated over this palette for the longest while, as it is my first neutral palette. And I am glad that I went ahead and finally bought it because it is completely beginner friendly and versatile.
When you think about it, $55 is pretty steep. However, when you take into account that you're getting 12 different, pigmented (so pigmented that you only need to barely touch the eyeshadow to get enough for a look) eyeshadows that comes up to roughly$4.60 per eyeshadow (cheaper than what you could get at the drugstore), and you're getting 3 larger "base" shadows as well! Fantastic value. The eyeshadows are a little powdery, but that's only because of the excellent pigmentation of the shadows. You just need to barely tap the shadows to get incredibly colour payoff!
I am not entirely sure how well this would travel however, because when I opened the palette for the first time there were some (5-7) extra eyeshadow bits floating around. But the eyeshadows in their pans were intact and nothing was missing, so I didn't mind this, as no product was lost. Just in case, I will not travel with this in my purse or backpack.
With the neutral, cool, and warm quads in this eye pallete you can create so many looks, and you can absolutely mix colours together to create stunning, unique looks. The longevity of the eyeshadows is phenomenal. I recently wore an eyeshadow look from this palette on a humid day with a heat warning setting up tents in a park and after 10 hours of sweating and oily eyelids and NO PRIMER the eyeshadow colours still remained (and hadn't smudged or faded!).
This palette is a must have for neutral and smoky lovers, beginners, or even if you have a million neutral palettes already, pick up this one!

I was looking for a good first mascara, and I saw this one on sale at $9 for two (amazing, considering how expensive these are now). I must admit, I mainly bought this for the packaging...I mean...it's so cute!
Now, the review of the product. The first few times I used this, I thought it was horrible. It was smudging, made my lashes look stiff, clumpy.
But after let's say 5 times, I noticed something amazing. By using this mascara, my eyelashes had grown longer, and even when I wasn't wearing mascara, people would compliment me on how long my eyelashes were.
That's when I went back to this beloved product. It noticed it actually separated my lashes, made them SUPER long, and the brush is big, which I love, as I can just comb it through all of my lashes. Easy to take off using make-up remover wipes, and well, a wonderful first mascara choice.
It's literally like a "lash potion" as the packaging said. My lashes are now longer than ever...
Absolutely brilliant!

This was my first foundation (surprising, right), and I must say, it does an adequate job of covering redness and evening out my skin tone. That being said, the coverage is light-medium, and I find that it really doesn’t cake. The consistency is watery, so it makes it super easier to apply with my fingers or blended in with a foundation brush. Super blendable.
I have combination skin, and I do find that this keeps me dewy throughout the day in the oily parts of my face (t zone). However, in the drier areas, it cakes, as I mentioned above.
As for the anti-imperfection part of it, it works well! My skin is acne prone, and this foundation doesn’t break me out or anything. I feel like it’s wonderful to be putting something on your face that will help it.
My only complaint would be the huge price tag. Shopper’s sold this for $24.95, but I got this on sale for $18. I feel as if the price was a tad bit high, and I definitely wouldn’t have paid the full price for the product.
Overall, if you have acne prone, combination skin, then this a holy grail beauty product you must get. (on sale of course) :)

I LOVE this mascara. My lashes are short and this mascara does what it’s named after and lengthens and volumizes my lashes to the point where I’m happy. However, if you’re looking for the big bold lashes effect, I would also recommend this.
Since I go to school, I opt for the more natural look, so I only put on 2-3 coats of this mascara on, and it keeps my lashes plushy, flake-free, smudge-proof, you name it, all day long. It’s amazing. I love Maybelline.
BUT if you’re looking for the dramatic lashes, this mascara also does wonders. Put on 7 coats or more, and your lashes are going to look like 3 fake lashes stacked on top of each other. HUGE effect.
So, I would definitely recommend this to the one who wants a natural, school day look, and for the ladies out there who want the big dramatic lashes that don’t flake or smudge.
The price? I got mine on sale for $6, but considering the actual price of $9, this mascara is better than anything from MAC or those high end cosmetic lines.
It’s absolutely brilliant.

I was looking around for the "ideal" mascara the other day and came upon this beauty gem. I must say, I was completely blown away with the result this mascara produced. It gave me natural volume, length, and it seemed to make my lashes continue to grow while I wore it. Absolutely astounding!
The only slightly negative thing I noticed was the brush. It's tiny. But I was alright with it, as you can utilize that for detailing and precise lash coating. The tub is also a but small...but that's fine as well, as you only need one coat. This thing literally makes your lashes GROW.
Overall, if you want a natural, yet non-clumpy, lengthening lashes, GET THIS ASAP.
You won't be dissapointed.

This mascara was horrible! The wand was huge and not easy to maneuver, and definitely a struggle getting to understand how to effectively use the wand without getting massive clumps on my lashes.
It did give thick, volume lashes, however, this was after I had the product for 3 weeks and had developed my own personal strategy to maneuver the troublesome wand. Though I must say, my lashes were dry and hard for the entirety of my time wearing it.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product.

With this, I can tell an instant difference in how my skin appears. It is clear and has a consistency of gel. At first it looks like it might be slightly oily, but it isn’t. I was so enthralled with it I even tested it out on the top of my dad’s hand. He thought it was a miracle and wanted to know where he could get a tube of it until I told him it was make-up. I now won’t put on my make-up unless I use this first. It just doesn’t look as good. The best part about the product? It is extremely affordable. I bought it at my local Shoppers for around $7.00-$8.00. This is a product that I definitely recommend.
I have visible pores and when I'm talking to someone I know they can see them! This seems to make my pores go completely invisible! I recommend it! This is one of my new favorite products! A drop goes a long way and this product makes my skin flawless under foundation! The only other thing that I noticed was after several hours of wear, my skin gets a light shine or a slightly oily feel to it.
Yes the tube is small, but a dab will do! I mix this in with my foundation and moisturizer and while it doesn't erase my pores, it does even out my complexion and is a fraction of the cost of primers at Sephora. I would recommend and buy this again.
Overall, great price, great quality, and VERY EFFECTIVE. :)
