It’s packaged in a velvety chocolate brown exterior, which makes it look sleek and sophisticated - it’s probably one of the classier products I’ve seen come from the brand. It feels very luxe and not quite Urban Decay - but I think it’s a good thing, and it’s nice to see. This is also an amazing value palette. The palette contains 12 x 0.05 oz. eyeshadows, plus 2 x 0.02 oz. liners and a miniature-sized Primer Potion of 0.13 fl. oz. The real coup here is the twelve full-size eyeshadows–yes, that’s right–a $17 full-size eyeshadow from Urban Decay contains 0.05 oz. of product, which is exactly what we have here–a value of $204.
I think this is one of Urban Decay’s best palettes to date, actually. It combines incomparable value for the price tag, but the high quality of their eyeshadows really comes through, too. There are no glittery, fussy shades here. Every shade is soft, smooth, and richly pigmented - even the mattes. For those with a lot of palettes, it may feel a bit redundant, as there are seven shades in it that we’ve seen again - but still five we haven’t. Not that I’m getting through an eyeshadow pan any time soon, but at least you can feel at ease if you fall in love with one of those seven.

My go-to mascara. Formula is a nice consistancy, the wand is not too big or small, the color is a nice, true black. It doesn't clump, smear, or flake. It lasts all day and gives lits of volume. I layer Miss Manga underneath to give some length first, which is the only minus for this mascara; it's not so good for lengthening. But overall, a great everyday mascara that is affordable, works like it should, and stays put without flaking or smudging. I'll always have this mascara in my makeup bag! -

I have a love/hate relationship with Dior fragrances. Some smell gorgeous and wear well on anyone, but there are others that only wear well on certain people even though it smells horrible on a strip of paper. I'm not the biggest fan of the poison family, but I really like Hypnotic Poison the best! First off, it's a very spicy, but still slightly sweet fragrance. It is very full bodied, so wear very little of it as to not overpower the room. I remembered the first time I smelled this on a strip of paper, I had a reaction that I had never had before with other fragrances; I remembered my eyes involuntarily rolled back a little (sounds soooo weird, but it's true!). I didn't know what to think of it at first because it's such a strong scent, but the longer the scent developed, the more I liked it. I tried it on my skin and it surprisingly wore well with my body chemistry. This is a fragrance that I think goes well on a date, if you want to make a lasting impression and catch the attention of your date. It's very sexy and sensual and it lasts quite a long time since it's a spice fragrance (as opposed to florals or citruses which don't wear very long). I sound like a broken record by now, but I cannot stress how much you need to know not to spray too much of this! I spray a little on my wrists (then try to dab my neck with my wrists) and one or two sprays on my clothing. I think the name "Hypnotic Poison" describes this scent quite well. -

Bronzilla is part of the blush collection Revlon released late 2013. It is a sheer, mostly-matte medium brown with a subtle skin-like sheen when buffed with a brush. Revlon Powder Blushes cost around $10 and contain 5g / 0.17 oz. of product. The blushes were easier to find than this bronzer was but I have seen it carried some places. It has pretty good color payoff. It’s not crazy pigmented but it certainly has enough pigmentation to easily apply the color to fair skin tones. I can apply one layer and get a sheer wash of color. Applying 2 or 3 layers will intensify the color. The texture is pretty nice. It is soft, smooth, not too powdery. Sweeping a brush over the product doesn’t kick up very much powder – just a tiny bit and nothing too bothersome. It blends out easily and sits nicely on the skin without making cheeks look powdery or sticking to peach fuzz. The texture doesn’t make the skin look dry or powdery, or emphasize large pores. It appears matte at first but it takes on a subtle skin-like sheen when you buff over it with a brush. I wore it for 8 hours and experienced no fading. It is sheer and depending on your preference and skin tone this could be either good or bad. I think this shade would work best for those with fair and light complexions with warm undertones. It may work okay for light-medium and medium skin tones but would need to be built up.
Also, for some reason this shade seemed to develop a “film” over the surface when I was swatching it.
I feel like it is pricey for what it is – though I am seeing A LOT of drugstore makeup going up in price. If you like very subtle bronzers and you find that most of them are too intense, then this one would be a good fit for you. If you have a medium to dark skin or prefer bronzers with more pigmentation then this isn’t likely to work for you. I wouldn’t say it’s a fantastic bronzer for cooler skin tones but it can be made to work because the color is light and sheer.

I usually wear liquid foundation but Studio Fix is a lifesaver when I'm in a hurry! So quick & convenient! It should be applied w/ a (dense) brush instead of the sponge it comes w/ -- I prefer a kabuki brush. It claims the wet/dry option, but I would never apply it wet. It gives enough coverage when dry so why risk streaks? And don't use it as a touch-up powder, it will get cakey & heavy. The only time I don't like it is if my skin is feeling very dry. Otherwise I love it! Great shade range. -

If you are a neutral lipstick lover, then this has to be in your stash. It's such a gorgeous warm peachy brown with no shimmers or glitters. The texture is highly creamy and feels moisturizing on lips. It glides like buttery and gives full opaque color in a single swipe. Has fantastic pigmentation and feels light on the lips. It does not bleed or settle into fine lines. The formula of these lipsticks is truly commendable, even though they are extremely creamy they do tend to last quite long on lips. This shade stays up to 5 to 6 hours on my lips which is good enough.
This particular shade would be perfect MLBB shade for a lot of skin tones, especially medium skin tones, since it has the perfect touch of warmth and will not wash out. Highly recommended this shade to everyone!

The packaging of the Collection Privée lipsticks definitely stand out amongst the permanent range with its sleek, rubberised black casing and gold detailing.
There’s 6 nude shades representing 6 of L’Oreal Paris’ iconic spokespersons: Cheryl Cole, Doutzen Kroes, Freida Pinto, Julianne Moore, Eva Longoria and Liya Kebede.
Barely Golden is a warm, peachy nude with a hint of bronze which captures the essence of Eva Longoria’s sun kissed glow. And as a person having a natural olive skin tone, I have found that until now it had proven quite difficult to find that perfect nude to compliment my features.
The lipstick is well pigmented and looks quite opaque on the lips. It also lasts considerably well and withstands normal amounts of eating and drinking. And the best part, the price is just right!
