Having insomnia and trying a bunch of different prescribed many medications over the years but nothing was working. I could list them all but not to shame them. I was hesitant that this would work but figured getting it at a discount price for an honest review, I really didn't have anything to lose. I tried one the first night and didn't really feel it helped, so the next night I tried taking 2. I had the best sleep I have had in over 7 years. I would recommend this for anyone, especially those who have tried other meds without success. I did pay a reduced price for my honest review of this product -

Purchased these at a discounted rate for my honest and unbiased review. I (April) have tried many products to help with my hot flashes and nothing I have tried seems to work. I have been taking these for a couple days and I have noticed a decrease in my hot flashes!!! I am taking them as instructed on the bottle and will continue to take! Being in my 30's and having to deal with a medical condition that causes early menopause is something I thought I could handle, however, waking up drenched at night, waking up and trying to get ready for work and looking like you just came in from the rain, ugh. I was not ready for that at all! My hair would literally be wet at the back of my neck. I would have to have a fan at my desk at work on high to keep me cooled down enough so my patients didn't have to wonder why I looked like a drowned rat! I could even be home sitting still and start sweating, with the central air on! This product has the right amount of what my body is needing so I am able to live a normal life, go out in public without thinking everyone is staring at me, or even just going outside to watch my boys play baseball in the back yard. -

It is simple to use with amazing results! Just follow the instructions and this will give you moisture throughout the day! For best results, you can use it in the morning and before bed. It recommends cleansing your face first, which is a great idea, especially if you wear make up! This bottle will go a LONG way since you only need a few drops to cover your entire face! The directions also state to pat gently to apply the product on your face. I did receive this product at a discounted rate for an honest and unbiased review. Since I have very few "perfect" hair days, I rely on this product a lot to keep my hair looking great. My hair is a mix of curly, wavy, and straight. So When it actually cooperates to where it is almost all curly, I take just a small amount and rub it in my hands, flip my hair over, and gently scrunch my curls, I then flip my hair back up and scrunch a little bit more. This keeps my curls in place, defined, and even makes my hair more shiny! I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with keeping the curl in their hair as the day goes on. One tip: do not continue to mess with your hair throughout the day, this is meant to hold your style in place and if you try running your fingers through your hair, it will look tangled, frizzy, and your style will not hold -
