As a person with very fine hair, conditioner is a product that I am quite finicky with. It has to smooth out my hair but without adding weight or making my hair look greasy after just washing it ( I speak from experience). This conditioner was bomb! Not only do I love the scent, but the formulation of this product is so gentle while making my hair feel so smooth, shiny and strong. I will definitely be repurchasing this in the future. How can’t I at the price point? -

Lord! I cannot rave about this product enough. I’ve heard so much about it and then finally saved a bit so I could splurge on this product. The Cicapair Tiger Grass Cream by dr.jart is formulated to help heal and soothe skin, especially when it’s retained irritation and damage as a result of dryness. It’s packed full of vitamins and minerals that also help with skin damage brought on by other skin problems as well like acne. The minute I see a blemish, this is the first thing I apply after washing the area gently. I’ve been using it more often as a nighttime moisturizer though as that is the time when my skin needs to heal and rejuvenate most. I had some trouble using it as a day moisturizer as it wouldn’t mix well with my porefessional primer which I would apply overtop. -

I just finished up this mattifying Primer with anti-acne treatment by Coverfx and you can blatantly see that I needed to get every last drop. While I don’t think it did much for any acne that might’ve appeared on my face, it was still a very good primer and helped keep my makeup on and kept it matte. This was key during the summer months. It was also different than any other primers I’d used before because it had a really thick gel like consistency and most matte primers that I’ve tried were always similar to benefit’s porefessional. Either way, I really enjoyed using it during the summer months so I will definitely get some more then. -

Over the past year or so, Briogeo has become one of my favourite hair care brands. I’ve sampled a variety of their products such as shampoo and conditioner, hair masks, and this Rosarco blow dry perfection and heat protectant crème. The products are very lightweight but have a visible and tangible effect on my hair. I’ve also never been too good about heat protecting my hair before blow drying and straightening it so I love this product because it absorbs so easily into the hair and doesn’t leave any residue behind. As a person with fine hair that loses its volume after 3-5 hours, this is a major bonus. I can’t wait to continue sampling their products and writing about them! -

As a contour enthusiast, I found the Match Stix Trio by Fenty Beauty to be a genius set of products! The formula blends out so easily and you don’t even need to use that much because of the amount of pigmentation. What surprised me most though, was how much I loved the highlighter. I only highlight on occasion but the Starstruck shade was so beautiful with just the right amount of glitteryness which gave off a gorgeous iridescent sheen on the skin. Also, one of the Match Stix doubles as a concealer with pretty good coverage. In regard to the contour shade, I have always loved the idea of products in stick form to help draw out the areas you want to look more withdrawn. It blends out like a dream for a really natural looking shadow -

Being that Tarte Cosmetics is my favourite beauty brand of all time, I definitely had to try their Clean Queen Vegan Deodorant. Lately I’ve also been very conscious of the ingredients within products that I use daily; deodorant included. This deodorant is hypoallergenic and free of harsh chemicals and heavy metals. This makes it great for sensitive skin. The formula of this product is also really neat because it goes from a cream formulation to powder, helping you stay dry and odor free throughout the day. My final point is regarding the sheer size of the product. While it is more expensive than your regular drug store deodorant, it is quite a large deodorant with approx 60g of product. -
