Meh. Sugary flavour for water... I would rather use tea to lightly flavour. I find that crystal light makes me feel unhealthy and the flavour is too synthetic.

I recommend taking it about 15 minutes before travelling. It is non-drowsy, but I personally sleep regardless. -
