This is my deodorant of choice (the one that uses shea butter). While it does leave white marks unfortunately, it smells great, and works well at keeping me feeling fresh. The scent does not age/get nauseating over time.

They work great, I use them on the stove, microwave, and fridge (my counters are wood or they would be used there too). Convenient and quick fix for hardened food spills.

Really loved the retro can. Took a lot of photos with it, my friends thought I was strange. Retro Pepsi Can > Coke > Pepsi !

The commercial about eating the whole package of this in one sitting is incredibly accurate. Addictive, melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

Duchess is Edmonton, Alberta's best bakery. In fact, it made a buzzfeed list as being a top bakery in North America - and it is. The pastries are divine, and priced well. The full-size cakes can be expensive, but not in comparison to similar quality bakeries elsewhere. I've heard the secret is imported butter from New Zealand with a high fat content for that fantastic flavor. There is always a line, and it's always exactly what you need when craving a perfect treat. Coffee is medium, unless it has changed within the last couple of years, I haven't tried it recently. ]
Also, they released an amazing recipe book! Worth a peruse.

This was my FAVORITE mascara, which was once available at Sephora and is no longer. I need to track it down. As someone willing to spend $20 - $30 on mascara, since it is one of the few eye makeup tools I use, I was fine with the price (I think around 20). I found it to blow all others at this price point out of the water - great container, chic vibe to the package, applies smoothly with a fantastic applicator, and makes your eyes look HUGE because it's just one of those magical mascaras which lengths without clumping and thickens without shortening. -
This is the stuff you use when you need a comfort - drink that isn't particularly quality, but tastes damn sugary and cheers you up. I would say most perfect for campfire and road trip thermoses.

Noul is a local store in Edmonton, AB, and also has locations in Vancouver. It is very much like Oak and Fort. I have trouble rating it, because it used to be quite amazing - very affordable, medium quality, hip looks (lots of whites, blacks, greys, matte gold jewelry, tailored/slouchy shirts/jackets and fitted simple dresses), and a frequented store. Now, the prices have gone up beyond what the material is worth, but the looks are still nice. Noul has lots of high and lows price-wise, and this is the biggest downside. When the prices are good, its very worthwhile and looks beautiful. When the prices are on the high end, its not worth it. Regardless, it is my favorite place for jewelry, shoes, and scarves at any given point. -
