my chiro always applies this to my back when I leave, and I love it so much that I bought some. It works the same way as ice does, but is better because I don't have to worry about leaving it on for too long and damaging my skin. It smells awesome... +

I think these are great! I get them at Costco, 27 individuals for 10$. They are gluten free, taste amazing and are pretty satisfying. I just hope that Costco doesn't EVER run out of them :)

David's Tea Birthday Cake
Just wonderful! the first time I got this my husband tasted it and said "this is tea?!" it's sweet but not too sweet, tastes EXACTLY like birthday cake without all of those calories! And (bonus) it's gluten free, like all of their other teas :)
